20 Or these men here[a] should tell what crime[b] they found me guilty of[c] when I stood before the council,[d] 21 other than[e] this one thing[f] I shouted out while I stood before[g] them: ‘I am on trial before you today concerning the resurrection of the dead.’”[h]
22 Then Felix,[i] who understood the facts[j] concerning the Way[k] more accurately,[l] adjourned their hearing,[m] saying, “When Lysias the commanding officer comes down, I will decide your case.”[n]
